Fence Repair – Shawn Lancaster has begun repairing the most damaged fence pickets. Since the replacement pickets are pressure-treated wood, they must dry before being stained. They will be stained between 1-3 months from hanging depending on the weather. Picket replacement will be ongoing.

The Annual Meeting was held December 16, 2017 at 10:00 AM in the Park Pavilion. Please see here for results of meeting.

New Residents:
If you are new to our neighborhood and have any questions, please reach out to Shawn Lancaster at iveyparkhoa@gmail.com. Please ensure to request prior approval for any exterior change requests prior to commencing work using the ACC linkage below.

Annual Dues:
Dues of $105.00 were approved at the April 1, 2017 meeting. Please see communication to homeowners here.

Dues were paid by all properties except the following:

  • 1601 Vinebrook Terrace
  • 1701 English Ivey Lane
  • 1725 English Ivey Lane
  • 1732 English Ivey Lane

If you live at one of these addresses, your property is subject to lien filing by the HOA for unpaid dues as well as all recovery costs, including attorney fees.

Please mail your check to Ivey Park HOA, PO Box 1371, Kennesaw, GA 30156 no later than May 31, 2017. Please also include your Ivey Park property address in the memo field of the check. With many financial institutions, you can setup the address above in online bill pay and it will generate a mailed check to the above address. The box at the front of the neighborhood has been removed due to security and remittance control concerns.

Please note that dues cover the period June 1 – May 31 each year.
